Obituary - Clay Lyndon Wyant

Clay Lyndon Wyant died at his home Nov. 30, 2011. He lived in Seattle for the past 10 years after retiring from the pharmacy profession.

Clay was born in Moscow July 24, 1958. He graduated from Clarkston High School in 1976 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Washington State University and later a Master of Science degree from Golden Gate University. Clay worked as a pharmacist in Seattle, San Francisco and Saudi Arabia. For a while Clay traveled, with destinations that included trips to Russia and Thailand. He also enjoyed reading and cats.

Clay is survived by his mother, JoRae Grow, and his stepfather, Robert Grow of Mesa, Ariz.; and by his brother, Kurt Wyant of Chelan, Wash. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Wyant, who passed away in 1995. Cremation has taken place. Any donations in his memory may be directed to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.
