PULLMAN -- Dannika C. Wegner, daughter of Daniel and Nicole Wegner of Moscow, was stillborn Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012, at the Pullman Regional Hospital in Pullman. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. today at the Palouse Federated Church, Palouse, with Rev. Corey Laughary officiating. Kramer Funeral Home, Palouse, handled the arrangements.
