Pioneer of 60's is Dead
Mrs. Charlotte Taylor Passes away Lived Here 26 years

Mrs. Charlotte Taylor, 74 died at her home, 513 Delsol lane, at 4 o'clock yesterday morning of general complications. She lived in Lewiston for the last 26 years, prior to this residing at Orofino and Juliaetta.

She came west with her parents in 1860, the trip from the east being behind an ox team. The family first located in Oregon, later moving to Walla Walla, where on January 1, 1873, she, as Charlotte Mason, was united in marriage to John W. Taylor, now deceased.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by six sons and three daughters: Alfred Taylor, Ira Taylor, Ernest Taylor, all of Lewiston; Elmer Taylor, Portland; John Taylor and Roy Taylor, both of Seattle; Mrs. Ina Kindall, Seattle; Mrs. Etta Bellmer, Orofino, and Mrs. Iona Wood, Park.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon from the Brower-Wann chapel, the Rev. E. A. Wolfe giving the message. Interment will be in Normal Hill cemetery.
