Harris L. Painter, 92, Lewiston

Harris L. Painter, 92, of Lewiston, passed away Sunday, Nov. 27, 2011, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.

Harris worked for Everett Will Tractor for 20-plus years, then later for the University of Idaho, from which he later retired. He was a hard worker and a good provider for his family and will be missed by all. He belonged to the Church of God in Clarkston.

Harris has gone to reunite with Ireta, his wife of 74 years, and two sons, Michael and Darrell Painter. He is survived by two sons; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Moscow Cemetery.
