MOSCOW -- Betty Ann Marshall, 71, of Palouse, died Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012, at Gritman Medical Center in Moscow. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Kramer Funeral Home in Palouse, with Abbott Adrian Parcher officiating.
