Burton passed away Sept. 15, 2012, in Spokane. He was born May 6, 1935, in Chelan, Wash., to Lyman and Theo Luvaas. He spent several of his younger years living and working in Lewiston. Burton loved St. Bernard dogs and owned several of them throughout his life. He loved to travel to Europe, especially England. Burton had a longtime dream of owning a Bentley, once he bought one he joined the Rolls-Royce club in Seattle and traveled with the group. Burton is survived by his sister, Linda (Tom) Olson and their children, Don Olson and Cindy Williams. He will be inurned in the Moscow Cemetery in Idaho at a later date.
