Victor Danielson Dies at Hospital

GENESEE -- Victor Emanuel Danielson, 70, a life-long area resident, died yesterday afternoon at Gritman Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Genesee Valley Lutheran Church.

The Rev. William Leed is to officiate and burial will follow in the Genesee Valley cemetery. Short's Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.

Danielson, a Genesee native, was born Dec. 27, 1902. He married the former Mrs. Gladys Anderson at the Genesee Valley church on Nov. 22, 1942. A farmer, he was a member of the Genesee Valley Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his wife at the Genesee home; two brothers, Leon and Oscar, both of Genesee; a daughter, Mrs. Sanford (Beverly) Evans of Genesee; a grandson, James Evans of Genesee; two sisters, Mrs. John Eikum of Lewiston and Mrs. Agnes Bakken of Moscow, and many nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials to the Idaho Youth Ranch, the Genesee ambulance fund, the Genesee Valley Lutheran Church or to the charity of the donor's choice.
