Obituary - Beverly J. Crabtree

Beverly Jean Crabtree, 69, Moscow

Beverly Jean Crabtree, age 69, of Moscow, passed away Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011, at Pullman Regional Hospital, after a long struggle with cancer and other complications. Beverly was born in Los Angeles. She was married on Sept. 18, 1970.

Beverly spent her childhood and early adult life in Southern California prior to moving to Coeur d'Alene. She and Thomas then lived in Napa, Calif., until two years ago when they relocated to Moscow to be close to her mother and sisters. Until recently Beverly worked as an owner-operator of BJ Crabtree Design, an interior design business.

Beverly is survived by her husband; one son; one daughter; her mother; one brother; two sisters; one stepdaughter; one stepson; and seven grandsons and five granddaughters.

A celebration of life service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bridge Bible Fellowship in Moscow.

Kimball Funeral Home of Pullman is caring for the family's needs.

Beverly fought a long, valiant fight against cancer and ensuing complications. Her passion for life is an inspiration to us all. She chose being with God and Jesus to pain, suffering and poor quality of life. Her last words to her husband were, "I'm sorry, I love you and hold me while I go to Jesus." She loved her Lord Jesus, and her deep love for her family and many friends will be missed dearly.

The family suggests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society. Online condolences may be sent to www.kimballfh.com.
